SEBRING, Fla. (Jan. 15, 2004) - Hidden Eyes Guard Service is expanding its business offerings and adding a new division. HEGS is excited to introduce Hidden Eyes Interactive. With a menu of new services to offer, Hidden Eyes Interactive will continue to lead the way in the security industry with new high tech services designed to provide greater protection at lower costs.

The newly created division will provide such services as electronic guard tours, video alarm verification, remote escort service, and on-demand remote guard service. Hidden Eyes Interactive will feature one of the only video alarm central stations in the country. The new division will complement the current services offered by Hidden Eyes Guard Service, including security and access control services for gated communities, office buildings, industrial facilities and other areas where entry needs to be restricted to approved parties.

With the addition of the new division, current sales manager Jim Brigham has been promoted to Vice President of sales and marketing. He will responsible for the sales efforts of Hidden Eyes, and its sister companies Gate Packages Unlimited and Access Security Maintenance.

Hidden Eyes Interactive has appointed Jay Batten as the new national sales manager. Batten has more than 25 years experience in the security industry and has specialized in new high tech digital video, audio and transmission products in recent years. He joins Hidden Eyes from ADT where he served as a district operations manager. Prior to ADT, Batten served as the Southeast regional manager for Vision Systems, Inc., a division of Adpro.

The patented Hidden Eyes Guard Service has been offering more effective security and access control for nearly half the expense of a traditional security guard. The system replaces a security guard stationed at an entry gate or door with a kiosk that transmits video and sound via a secure Internet connection to Hidden Eyes' central monitoring station. As a visitor approaches the kiosk, trained professionals at the monitoring station can see, hear and speak to the individual. If the individual has received prior authorization to go into the secure area, the Hidden Eyes professional remotely opens the gate or door to allow entry.
