SEBRING, Fla. If the individual has received prior authorization to go into the secure area, the Hidden Eyes professional remotely opens the gate or door to allow entry. If not, HEGS will call the client and announce the visitor, asking for permission to enter. Photos are taken and stored of the guest and the rear of the vehicle for future identification.
